On one of the few occasions my family went to temple when I was a child, we attended a service at this very large temple in Boston. After the service they served a big meal. Seated at our table was an overweight woman with a chubby daughter. Her daughter wanted the cheap little plastic Israeli flags on the table. The fat woman asked the Rabbi if her daughter could have the flags. The Rabbi said no, they where decorations. She pleaded with the Rabbi, offered him money. But he kept insisting, "Madam, these flags are not for sale!"
Later on I saw that bastard fat woman slip the cheap plastic flags into her pocketbook and bug out.
Was her spoiled, chubby little daughter that important that she had to steal from a fucking place of worship to please her?
I wouldn't step foot inside of a temple these days.
